Gary E. Kilpatrick and Associates, PA is a forensics engineering firm dedicated to the application of the art, science and methodology of engineering and the scientific method to answer questions of fact in the jurisprudence system pertaining to personal injury and wrongful death concerning accidents and product defects and failures. We provide technical expertise, forensic evidence collection from the field, documents, photographs and video. We provide oral and written communications, and we are objective, ethically and professionally responsible. We are familiar with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence, Daubert and Frye motions and have given sworn expert testimony under oath during both deposition and trial. We are retained by law firms, public defenders and insurance companies on plaintiff, defense, criminal and claimant cases and work nation wide. We also provide contract and consulting engineering services to industrial clients on an as needed basis.

At Gary E. Kilpatrick and Associates, PA, we strives to keep our expenses to a minimum in order to pass the savings along to our clients. We strive to stay in constant communication with our clients to advise them of our work in process. We also strive to perform our casework at hand in a timely manner in order to communicate the results of our investigations to our clients as quickly as possible.
